So you want to play in the Hunger Games (good for you being brave and stuff) but you don't know the first thing about throwing dice. That's ok. We're here to help.
So the first thing you need to go is go to Dalines: Sheet Generator. sheetgen.dalines.net/wiki/WikiStart
Once you've created an account you'll need to pull put the Mortal Sheet for World of Darkness.
Click the drop down box.
Find the option that reads "World of Darkness"
Then click "Create."
It should look like this.
Then fill out the basics.
You get a dot to start in each attribute.
These are your Mental Attributes.
These are your Physical Attributes.
These are your Social Attributes.
So pick a set of attributes to prioritize. Then pick a set that is secondary. And finally pick a set that your last set where you will have lowish stats.
Your first pick gets 5 extra dots. Your second pick gets 4 extra dots. And your third gets 3 extra dots.
So I created a female tribute from District Five. And prioritized her mental attributes. Her social ones are secondary. And her physical attributes are where her low or "dump stats" will go.
So we have someone who is above average intelligence, witty/clever. She is also sly, as shown with her Manipulation of 3. Her composure says that she's calm under pressure. And her low strength and presence speaks to someone that is not unimposing, meaning that while she is sly and clever, she's not scary in the strictest sense.
If that makes sense, you can move on to the next step.
Next you will choose your skills. And just like with attributes, pick a set to prioritize. Then pick a set that is secondary. And finally pick a set that your last set where you will have lowish stats.
Unlike with attributes your skills do not start with a free dot in each category. So zero dots in a skill is considering being "unskilled" and you'll still be able to roll to do these things, your character will just suffer penalties for attempting.
These are your Mental Skills.
These are your Physical Skills.
These are your Social Skills.
Your first pick gets 11 dots. Your second pick gets 7 dots. And your third 4 extra dots.
I prioritized her mental skills. Her social ones are secondary. And her skills attributes are where her low or "dump stats" will go.
So we have someone who is crafty, and good at lying and misdirection as per her craft and subterfuge stats. She also has some Larceny and Streetwise, which speaks to someone who has had to learn how to survive on the streets, possibly a pickpocket by trade as she has zero in stealth so she wouldn't be breaking and entering.
Again if that makes any sense, we can move on.
Once you've got your specialties, next is Merits.
Now you've got your merits (More information found here) you can move on to the last few steps.
Now you'll input your Health, Willpower, and Morality.
It should look something like this when you're done.
Now one last thing:
Don't forget to save.
