Well that was a waste of time in Logan's mind. Everytime he tried to reason with her he was ignored or not believed, so the best thing to do is take a break, bad timing if you ask Logan as the Xmen are in the middle of an operation.
As Hank did not lock Raven into the cell, Logan and Raven are free to leave.
"Well, that settles that, Raven. I guess you and me got our wolking papers. I suggest we go to the garage and procure one of Scott's cars and take a field trip," Logan suggested to Raven.
"I was thinking of a field trip to New Orleans. I have an old friend down there I haven't seen in years," Logan said as he started to walk toward the garage.
OOC- If Raven joins Logan, he will go to the garage and take the car that he used in the second movie.

It took a while for me to make the decision, but I finally decided what to do:
"Logan - If I leave this place with you, will you defend me whenever I cannot do so myself? - Until my abilities return to full potential, this unenhanced form hasn't the stamina nor the strength I was used to before, and I now tire easily despite the level of fitness I worked so hard to attain. If I am attacked, particularly by a mutant, I doubt I'd be much of a match in my present condition."
I stopped to let him absorb my request, and started unfastening the guard-uniform trousers, standing so he'd only have a side-profile view of me as I slid the zipper down. Before revealing any more skin, I raised my left eyebrow at him, hoping he'd allow me to keep a little dignity while I changed into the remainder of the clothes Storm provided me and turn to face the other way 'til I was once again fully dressed.
"If you agree to abide by my request, I shall go with you. I hope you'll report back to the X-Men later on that I kept to my word and stayed loyal to their cause." I decided to be a little more candid about my decision; "Besides, I can barely stand sharing a roof with that *expletive* who betrayed my trust SO completely..." Exhaustion took all the bite and savagery out of my anger, but the hint was still there in the language I used.
[OOC:]The rest of this post assumes Logan agrees to her terms, and also that he turns to give her privacy while she changes the remainder of her clothing. If Jad decides this is not the case, then treat this as the end of the post and ignore what follows.[/OOC]
After donning the slightly-too-small-yet-still-comfortable white cotton trousers that didn't leave a whole lot to the imagination, I let Logan know I was decent again, wrote Hank a note explaining my intentions and drew a fresh blood-sample from myself for him to work with. I capped, labelled and placed the vial of my blood carefully in a handy fridge designed for the purpose of preserving samples taken usually-forcefully from more-hostile captives that were sometimes kept in these holding-cells.
I hoped Hank would get lucky and find a way to safely accelerate the return of my abilities during my absence from the Institute, and that there would be no barriers to him doing so. For example, Storm boycotting the idea or whatever.
Setting the note where Hank would find it, I went to the garage with Wolverine and settled myself into the passenger seat of his chosen ride, ready for adventure yet all too aware of my current limitations and that I may well fall asleep in that comfy car seat at any point in the near future.

Logan answered Raven in the affirmative that he would protect her, and then truned and let her have some privacy, so she could change.
They walked in silence to the garage to the car he had used before when the institute was atttacked. The ignition had been fixed so Logan used a claw to unfix it and start the car. He smiled at Raven as he hit the button to open the door and put the car into gear.
Racing down the driveway and on to the road, he talked to Raven, "I don't trust the goverment too much, so you don't have to worry about me turning you over to them. I got these claws from a government program, lost my memories because of a government program, get the picture."
"Eric kind of lost it there with his master-race speeches to mutants there at the end also. He seems to have calmed down a little but that ain't saying much. How much did you agree with his philosophy anyway?" Logan asked groping for the right words here but not finding them.
Logan reconsidered what he just asked and modified it, "I know that is a tough question, but I'd like to know where you're coming from and on more than personal level. I can tell that you are angry at Eric personally. That doesn't mean that you disagree with his philosophy or politics. I need to know where we stand on more than you hate Eric right now."

The long silence following Logan's questions would have told him I'd finally fallen asleep from exhaustion.
*
What seemed like hours later, I finally opened my eyes; feeling refreshed yet sore, aching from my many minor injuries and exertions from the day before. Also, sleeping in a seated position in a sports car hadn't helped matters.
The Crick in my neck from the awkward sleeping position asserted itself painfully as I tried to look at the driver, resulting in a sharp intake of breath as I winced.
This body, sans-powers, was so much weaker than I'd been used to, and took much longer to recover. I hoped this feeling of weakness was only temporary.
Despite my aches and pains, I couldn't help but smile to myself at waking up next to the hunky Canadian; That his was the first face I'd see today, regardless of circumstance, made some deep part of me happy in a way I'd scarcely felt before. I tried not to blush.
"How long was I out? Did I miss anything? You haven't been driving this WHOLE time, have you?" I carefully looked around for any landmarks I might recognize, but I had no clue where we were. "Logan, where have you taken me? We're not just running away for a romantic weekend, are we?" I chuckled as I tried to lighten the mood and hide my blush at that idea.

Logan had driven for hours to let Raven sleep through back roads into northeastern Pennsylvania. He was taking it easy as he had a long way to go. He had asked her some complicated questions as she fell asleep or at least he hoped she fell asleep and was not trying to avoid his questions.
Raven asked how long she'd ben out and Logan answered, "About two hours, maybe we should stop for some rest although I don't need it. I can keep driving till we need gas."
Raven looked around and asked where they were and what were Logan's intentions, and he explained, "We're in the back woods of Poconos; we should get to Scranton in an hour. We'll need to decide there whether to get on the Interstate or stay on the back roads. No, this is not a weekend get away. Getting away means having a place to go back to; we're going to New Orleans. I've been meaning to look an old friend there up. By the way I never got to thank you for helping against Stryker at the lake. Stryker is the reason that I'm like this. You know memory loss and metal skeleton. It knaws at me not knowing things even about myself."
Logan kind of got lost in his own thoughts a he turned his attention back to the road.

I listened to the words he spoke, and nodded when he finished so he’d know I’d been listening. I vaguely recalled him asking me something before I fell asleep… I couldn’t remember the wording, but I had a feeling for what he might want to know:
“I suppose you’re wondering about me, Mags, and his cause? – I’ll admit I had blinkers on back then due to some misguided feelings I thought I had for him. It was all just pretty words from a deluded jerk. People don’t matter to that man, I realize that now. All he’s interested in are our abilities and powers, and he manipulates our feelings to use them for his ‘cause’. I’m sure I don’t need to tell YOU to tread lightly with him – We can benefit from his abilities and knowledge, just like he does with all his ‘minions’, but remember what he is. He expects to be treated the same way he treats others, so I say we do exactly that – Use him and his powers for our own purposes, then dispose of him. That’s what he did to me… And I thought he had ‘feelings’ for me? Pah!! Who was I kidding!” I hit the inside of the door angrily with my fist, then regretted it – This frail human body was too easily damaged, I wanted to be ME again…
“As for me? As time went by, I met more and more non-mutant sympathisers and started to realize they’re not ALL my enemies after all. Now, without Magneto’s continual influence, I realize mutants and non-mutants are no different inside – some you can trust, some you can’t; it has nothing to do with their abilities or powers or lack thereof, more-so their nature and their upbringing and their individual experiences. When I lost my powers, I was still me inside: My feelings were identical with or without them, but I did gain perspective from this whole rotten experience.”
I sighed, then added “There’s something in my nature that has changed with my lack of mutation – I seem to be a lot more talkative now than I ever was before. I guess when my trust was shattered so completely by Magneto, my perspective and my whole outlook changed. For the better, I believe…”
I trailed off, massaging my sore hand as I tried to get in a comfortable position in the seat, and started appreciating the scenery flashing by and the nice clean air I was breathing. I took a couple of deep, slow breaths and arched my back to stretch it out.
“So tell me about this friend of yours we’re visiting in New Orleans?” I asked curiously.
