Jasmine Coverfield, District 11 Female[/u]
Jasmine nodded. It was a sound plan. Really. If they were able to control a landslide, it would decimate anyone in its path. She didn't feel bad for whomever they might end up burying. She couldn't afford to if she wanted to get herself and her team home alive. She merely hoped that it wasn't Sorrel who ended up caught in the slide.
"Yeah... An' if'n we're able tuh rig it an' they do come at night... It'll light 'em up fer us to see 'em and kill their night vision... Good idea, Rory... Good idea." She let herself smile a little bit. "We should discuss this tuhmorrow while searchin'... Gimme a sec to get into my armor and cammopants an' you can get some rest."
She pushed up from where she sat and moved back into the cave to don her new armor and the pants the sponsors had sent her. It felt good to be in something dry as she moved back to the mouth of the cave, staying just back far enough to keep from getting soaked.
"Go get some rest... I'll wake yuh if'n somethin' bad comes our way."

Rory Noland: District Seven Female Tribute
That was the plan. During a night attack, if they could light up the lower end of the slope, any tributes coming from them wouldn't be able to hit her people with arrows or throwing weapons. And with their positions lit up, Rory and Jasmine would be able to pick them off. She wasn't thrilled about it, the prospect of killing some of the other tributes. But to get Tank, Rowan, and Jasmine home, Rory would do just about anything. "Only good ideas will get us home."
She stood watch as Jasmine changed. She yawned, tried. "You better. Good night Jasmine. Wake Tank up for the next shift. I'll take the third. Tomorrow morning I'll get us up early and then we'll get to work."
Rory stripped off of her armor, placing it next her right next to her axes. She changed into dry clothes and went to lay down. She drank a water skin before she rest her head and closed her eyes. Within minutes she was sleeping, dreaming of the sight of District Seven from the treetops. Jasmine, Tank, and Rowan were there too. The three natives giving Jasmine a tour of their home...

Jasmine Coverfield, District 11 Female[/u] Jasmine watched Rory lay down, then turned her eyes back to the dark downpour outside of the cave, keeping a careful watch. She spent her time, cold and lonely time, flexing the fingers of the bruised hand undead-Femra had given her. It ached, but didn't feel broken like she'd originally thought it might be when the mutt's hand had closed around her own on her bow. The thought brought Femra back to the front of her mind and she let silent tears roll down her cheeks. She wouldn't break again, not now at least, but... she hurt, inside and out. But it wouldn't stop her from keeping a good watch. She opted to give Tank an extra hour of rest, he'd more than earned it, before going to wake him. That last bit is, of course, assuming nothing else comes for us in the night. Here's a couple perception checks: Perception 4: 3,7,5,4,1 (0 successes) Perception 3: 4,5,10,2,5,7 (1 successes) Perception 2: 4,5,5,2,6 (0 successes) Perception 1: 7,6,2,5,7 (0 successes)

Tank took a couple of attempts before waking groggily, more worn out by the earlier ordeal than he thought. As he started coming round he smiled at Jasmine and waved her off to go sleep, taking up the second shift's watch after checking that Rowan's wound wasn't soaking the bandages at all. Rory Noland: District Seven Female TributeRory’s eyes opened slowly her hand going for her axe before she realized it was just her watch. She stretched as best she could, donned on her armor, and picked up her axes. She glanced at Jasmine, hoping she was sleeping, but knowing she probably wasn’t. If Jasmine’s dreams were anything like Rory’s… No one’s dreams are going to be sleeping very well for a while, if ever again, she supposed. Rory walked over to Tank, clipping one of the axes to her belt before she touched his shoulder. With a smile on her face she nodded toward her the space she had been using. She sat down at the mouth of the cave and looked out into the night, hoping that when the time came, Rory could do what needed to be done. The watch for Jasmine was one of listening to the wind howling through the trees. The rain fell in a steady down pour. The sound of rushing water soon joined the night as the rainfall cut a small drainage river beside the mountain path. The small river was about six inches deep and three inches wide at its widest point. The occasional branch floated by. The helmets overflowed with water and could be emptied to fill canteens six times during Jasmine's watch. Rowan slept soundly through Jasmine's watch.
The watch for Tank was slightly more adventuresome. The sounds of the rain storm continued, although he became aware of the sounds of small branches cracking and breaking. Nothing ventured near the cave - or near enough for him to see. Lightning began to fork the sky, sending bright flashes of light down onto the mountain. During one flash, Tank caught a glimpse of a black panther - nearly six feet long from nose to tail - ascending the mountain path. The next flash revealed no sign of the black cat. After the cat sighting, the sounds of movement faded away to nothing. The helmets overflowed with water and could be emptied to fill canteens six times during Tank's watch.
Rory came to claim her shift amid-st a clap of thunder. Rowan jerked at the sound and then made a pained noise as her body protested the movement. The thunder shook the mountain at least twice more, making the wounded girl sleep fitfully. Rory heard no signs of movement nor saw any signs of mutts or animals roaming the mountain. Rory could empty the helmets three times during her shift. The rain was tapering off when dawn broke over the horizon. The sounds of thunder retreated. A steady drizzle peppered the rain - soaked ground. The rocks looked slick and dangerous to tread upon.
As Rory watched, a white parachute drifted down and landed a dozen paces from the cave entrance.

Rory Noland: District Seven Female Tribute
Emptying the helmets had been only source of keeping time. Not that third shift needed to be timed. Sunrise herald the end of her shift. She surveyed their inventory once or twice. Noting that they had enough water to truly hold out here without worry. Food might be a problem, but Rory doubted it. Her alliance was strong and they'd learn to manage. They'd need to ration but again that was a given in the arena.
Rory also checked on Rowan a few times, making sure she didn't have a fever. She wasn't a healer like Tank, but Rory thought it was safe to assume that fever meant that Rowan had taken a turn for the worse. And Rory prayed that didn't happen. Prayed she didn't have to come home (if she got to come home) without Rowan, Jasmine, and Tank. Her alliance. She trusted them. Tank was her brother. Rowan and Jasmine were her sisters. They were the siblings she never had. Her family while she was in this hell hole.
As the sun rose over the mountain, Rory spotted the parachute that had floated down just in front of her. She rose, almost taking that step forward. No... She thought against. There was no way of telling what was or had been out there. And it went against Rory's gameplan to be eaten by a mutt or killed by a tribute coming to steal their victor bracelet.
Rory went to Tank and Jasmine, touching them on the shoulder that meant all was well. "Morning, you two... A chute came in. Thought I might need an extra set of eyes before I went out there to get it."

Jasmine Coverfield, District 11 Female[/u]
Jasmine slept, and when she did she slept hard with nightmares plaguing her. Nightmares of being forced to kill Sorrel. Nightmares of battling with the Undead Femra... then once more with the living Femra, touting the same lines she'd said in the lunchroom those many days ago, but in horrific and twisted ways.
In her final dream, she and her companions made it to the final four... After slaughtering the other tributes, only to be told that three would go home. She woke to Rory's touch and face. Jasmine laid there for a moment, holding back tears and anxiety before she pushed herself up, donned her armor, and moved to the mouth of the cave. She'd ignored Rowan's form on the cave's floor on purpose. Right now she couldn't stand to face the fact they might be down by one more.
She peered outside and at the shining chute. Even that sight wasn't enough to banish the aches of the battle the night before. She flexed her hand.
"Good d'cision, Rory," Jasmine said. She couldn't bring herself to say that losing her sister-in-arms now might thrust Jasmine into the breaking point. "Well.. we're up... time tuh see what we've been gifted..."

Rory Noland: District Seven Female TributeRory smirked. "Good decisions is the reason we've made it this far... If we keep on making the right choices we might actually get to go home."She knew that there were some that thought her choices were horrible. Lallek and Jace, were the ones who chiefly came to mind. She wondered what they would have said about staying with Rowan. Probably would have tried to leave and take half of their supplies with them. And that wasn't Rory. She wasn't going to change her behavior out of fear. Everything the districts did to please the Capitol had been because of fear. And while she understood that fear would keep you alive, it was only the strength of will and their actions that would bring them all home. "Tank... Can you check on Rowan, please? She didn't feel like she had a fever when I checked but I don't know about medicine like you do." Rory said before she glanced at Jasmine and made her way to the mouth of the cave. "Well, here goes nothing..."Rory walked toward the chute, her eyes trying to scan her surroundings for any signs of danger. Perception Check just in case there is one needed.

Walking out into the light drizzle, the first thing that hit Rory was the scent. It was the newness of a fresh rain, the smell of drifting pine needles from the trees that surrounded the cave. It almost smelled like home. As she scanned her surroundings, she noticed two things. The first was that the gully of water beside the path had formed a steady little river six inches deep and five inches across at its deepest point. Easy to step over, but perhaps a source of water for a thirsty tribute - which could very well be a rival to the Big Alliance.
The path was about fifteen feet from the river with the river right beside it. The second thing she saw is that fifteen feet or so from the river- about twenty five from the mouth of the cave - was a dark patch that she couldn't penetrate. It was a cluster of pine trees spaced very close together, three shorter trees in the beginning and two taller ones behind it. The three branches had several shadows beneath them that could hide someone. Rory watched it for a minute, perhaps. Scanning for movement, signs of an ambush... but there was no sign of any one watching. It was a security risk, perhaps.
Reaching the parachute, Rory discovered that it was rather light. Peering within revealed hiking boots, a medical kit and some small wrapped packages. They all were what you would have wished for - and the handle of a hack saw peeked out from a metal box that perhaps held tools.

Jasmine Coverfield, District 11 Female[/u]
Jasmine took up her bow, stepped out into the light drizzle and smelled the clean air. It seemed like it'd been awhile since she'd just appreciated the air... the atmosphere.. it seemed so peaceful. Then the reality that they'd not won yet hit her like a sack of bricks. This would be wonderful if she were home and in a tree in the clean air there, but... this wasn't home. She was still in the fray with her battle-family. Still not safe.
She studied the scene as Rory moved to the parachute, arrow nocked and ready to rock if something terrible came lumbering, springing, or dancing their way. Hell, Jasmine was ready to draw and fire at just about anything remotely unfriendly... or not friendly enough... if it threatened them and came up unexpectedly. The previous night had her nerves on edge.
She drew a shallow breath and let it out, eyes settling on the copse of nearby trees. Potential for hiding bad-guys, or mutts, or bad-girls. She'd not seen anything in her watch, but the rain had been rather hard and had provided excellent cover. "'Ey Rory... Bring th'chute too. We might be able tuh use it fer somethin'."
And those trees... maybe they could be cut down and made into a trap, or several traps, for people who would come knock them from their mountain. Something to discuss once Rory was within talking distance rather than shouting distance.

Rory Noland: District Seven Female Tribute
Breathing in deeply, Rory grinned. Home… So close she could smell it, apparently. But it wasn’t real. Just a trick of the arena. She needed to focus. She couldn’t stop and smell the confers until she was back home.
Quickly, Rory notes the landscape. The gully would bring tributes. Well, that and their victor bracelet. She couldn’t forget about that. Rory wanted to be mad that people were after the bracelet her alliance found instead of getting their own. But she decided that it didn’t matter.
The cluster of trees catches her attention. She froze, her hand tightening around the grip of her axe. And she waited. Rory couldn’t see much and after a minute or so, she had no choice but to clip her axe to her belt and pick up the package from their sponsors.
"Okay…" Rory replies before she returned to the cave. She could hear the tension in Jasmine’s voice.
Rory placed the package down and went to find an extra pair of dry socks. Once she found some, Rory exchanged her snow boots for hiking boots and then came back to examine the rest of the sponsor’s gift.
"I want to give those trees a closer look. I don’t like that someone could be hiding there and we wouldn’t know." she said to no one in particular. "Let’s see what else we were gifted with."

Jasmine Coverfield, District 11 Female[/u] Jasmine nodded. She agreed with Rory. The trees had to be investigated. Though, the sponsor chute needed to be looked at first. She stowed the bow, cracked it open, and found a medkit, two pairs of hiking boots, and some tools she assumed were for cutting things... wood? "Huh..." she murmured. She found that one of the boots were sized to fit her, and immediately swapped them out. These would help for moving around on the mountain. She picked up the medkit and jogged inside to leave it near Tank before returning to Rory. "Think th' 'ere saw's fer cuttin' down trees or legs?" She hoped the former rather than the latter. She waited long enough for an answer before going on and saying, "I agree, we oughta check the trees out. An' tha' saw'll come in hand for turnin' them into a trap or a dam or somethin' to help dissuade folk from comin' to visit. I'm gonna go get up on tha' rock there," she pointed to an outcrop that, while she'd be horribly exposed to someone else, would give her a commanding view of the trees. "You go'n'see to th'trees. If'n somethin' bad's in there... bugger out an' I'll cover yer retreat. If'n not, we'll both go inside and see what we can use 'em for." She didn't make it a question. Sometimes she felt she knew the best course of action. Tank was watching over Rowan, which left Jasmine and Rory to investigate their surroundings and prepare defenses, which meant clearing out potential dangers. She moved to the outcropping she'd pointed to and spent no time whatsoever quickly pulling herself to the top. Once there, she unlimbered her bow and carefully selected a poisoned arrow. She was tempted to use a ?? arrow, but if it meant shooting something near Rory, she didn't want any sort of splash it might cause to hurt her friend as well. 5,3,9,4,8,10,10,7,5,7,6 (4 successes)

Rory Noland: District Seven Female Tribute
"Tank, you should stay behind with Rowan, then. You’re a better medic than I am or Jasmine is," Rory replied.
She rubbed her face with the back of her hand, trying to chase the sleep away. Rory was tired but not physically. And she kept telling herself that if she made it out of here, she’d sleep until she was 20.
"I’m hoping just for trees," Rory told Jasmine about the hacksaw. She grinned. "I’m thinking you need a different kind of axe if it’s for legs."
She almost chuckled. Rory needed to find humor where she could. Besides, she very much doubted that their sponsors wanted them to saw each other’s legs off. "I think this tool kit just means the sponsors are trying to give us a better chance at holding out here and surviving."
Rory nodded when Jasmine spoke of their immediate game plan, but a slight frown graced her features. She didn’t like that Jasmine would be a sitting duck on those rocks. However, she knew that bringing that up wouldn’t dissuade Jasmine from climbing those rocks and providing coverfire.
"Be careful," Rory told her. "Cover me if there’s trouble but if you get attacked, we both run for the cave."
With Tank staying behind and Jasmine on the rocks behind her, Rory walked over to the shadowy cluster of trees. Her axe was in hand and at the ready.

Rowan had spent the majority of the night sleeping peacefully, but the thunder had caused her to start twitching in her sleep. Her eyelids fluttered, making one wonder if she would be waking soon. As Tank looked her over, he was startled to see a splotch of blood on her bandages. She had moved too much in the night and caused her injury to shift. Looking under the bandage revealed that all of the stitches were still holding. Some more antibiotics and a bandage change would be the best course.
As Jasmine reached the taller rock, she glanced about for danger or things of interest. The first interesting thing was that the rain had washed away any signs of tracks that could have been used. The higher portion of the mountain was peppered with more trees - trees that seemed empty. Glancing down the mountain path followed the sounds of the running water down them mountain, leaning to more green areas.
At the bottom of the mountain - five or so ant - sized tributes could be seen. They were too far to be clearly seen - and likely couldn't see the Rebel Alliance without the benefit of Jasmine's vantage point. They seemed to be scrambling over one another, not moving towards the mountain side. Perhaps they were more concerned with one another than climbing the mountain. It added a bit of urgency to the plan...

Tank rolled 9 dice to "Medicine" 8,5,4,4,3,9,10,4,4,3 (3 successes) It didn't take long for Tank's medical expertise to determine that Rowan's bloody bandage wasn't actually half as bad as it looked. Within a short while Tank had cleaned the area up once again and a fresh set of bandages now covered Rowan's injury. "That should remain stable, but I want you to take it easy today okay." Tank passed Rowan a canteen of freshly purified water and a dosage of antibiotics to take, knowing that they might not have the luxury of Rowan being able to fulfill his request. The operation was proving itself to have been the right choice. With the first night behind them, Rowan's chances would hopefully improve from here on in with all 3 of her friends watching her back.

Jasmine Coverfield, District 11 Female[/u] Jasmine took in the view. Majestic is what most would describe it as. Jasmine was worried that there were too many ways to their little hideyhole to block off or trap the hell out of. A worried exacerbated by the ant-sized tributes coming their way. Had team backstab managed to gather more tributes into their alliance overnight? She was painfully aware of the as yet untreated wounds given to her by the zombies the previous night, and their lack of preparation. She'd hoped to get at least a day to build up their defenses... at least those coming for their blood wouldn't have tracks to follow. The heavy downpour had seen to that. She drew a shallow breath and let it out slowly. They didn't seem to be actively after them at all... or even actively working together. Were they fighting eachother? Could the Rebel Alliance actually be so lucky? She spent a long moment staring down at them, trying to figure out what was going on and who they were, before crouching. She didn't think the ants would be able to readily spot her up there, but why bother making it easy for them? She then turned her eyes back to Rory. She needed watching as well. And needed to be told of the approaching tributes, but that would wait until they were closer and Jasmine didn't have a choice to yell... she didn't know how far her voice would carry and if the five at the base of the mountain didn't know they were up at the top, she didn't want to give them such a warning. 10,8,5,10,10,4,7,2 (4 successes)

Rory Noland: District Seven Female TributeShe clipped her axe to her belt and looked up. The branches needed to go. She took the rope that was coiled around her shoulder and tied one end to the tool box. The other she tied to her belt and climbed one of the taller trees in the cluster. Rory felt her muscles resist. But she pressed on and once seated, Rory got to work. She pulled the tool box up to her and carefully pulled out the hacksaw, closing the tool box quickly, before she lowered it. She began to work as fast as she could. First, she untied toolbox. Then she tied the rope to the first branch and began to saw. Once the branch began to give way, Rory used the rope to carefully lower it to the ground. She started to climb down and lost her footing about half way down, falling with a muffled 'umph.' Rory didn't let that stop her, getting up slowly. She climbed the tree once more and did the same thing as she did the first time. Again, she fell on the way down. And Rory knew that climbing trees after a rainstorm. Rory took a deep breath after she recovered and went up to do it a third time. Nothing would stop her. Rory climbed the tree. For the last time she cut down the final branch and carefully lowered it to the ground. On the climb down she was more careful with her footing and Rory was able to safely get on her feet. She tied the branches together and pulled them north along side the gully. Rowan roused to accept the canteen from Tank, giving him a weak smile. "Here I was thinking of sneaking off for some aerobatics." [/b] The tribute from district seven dutifully took her dose of antibiotics. She drank healthily before setting the canteen aside.
"Its morning?" [/b]Rowan questioned with some surprise. "How was the night? Where are Jasmine and Rory?"[/b]
As Jasmine stared down the mountainside, she made a new discovery. The five tributes seemed to have broken into two groups- two tributes remained at the foot of the mountain. Three others broke off and headed towards the Meadow. Jasmine noted that the two at the foot of the mountain seemed to be guarding the mountain path. There was little activity and so Jasmine turned her attention back to scanning for approaching danger.
Sometime later, the three tributes rejoined the waiting two. There seemed to be an exchange from the three to the two - food? Passing canteens, perhaps? A definite alliance seemed to be exhibiting some sort of arrangement at the base of the mountain. Yet Jasmine suddenly became aware of a more pressing issue - a crashing noise.
Jasmine and Rory easily had time to conceal themselves before a tribute burst out of the higher mountains. Micha was panting and coated with sweat. A deep claw mark - perhaps from a big cat - ran down her left shoulder. Her bag had similar claw marks, but seemed well stocked. Micha paused long enough to fill her canteen from the ravine, giving a panicked look over her shoulder. She didn't appear to notice the others. After a hurried drink from her canteen, she resumed a sprint down the mountain path, unknowingly right towards the five tribute alliance.

Rory Noland: District Seven Female TributeRory's head snapped toward the sound of someone running down the path. She dropped what she was doing and dove behind some trees. She waited and almost willed herself not to breathe as she listened to someone stop near the gully. Rory peeked around the trunk and saw Micha. She realized that with her alive, Pearl had been the one who died. Rory felt nothing but pity for her. Pearl was from a career district but she wasn't a career in the strictest sense. And just like Pearl wasn't a warrior, Micha should have never been in these games. Someone should have volunteered for her. If Rory had been in District 9, she would have. However, she wasn't from District 9. And yes, Micha was once in her alliance. But both her and Pearl knew the possibility of what could happen should they break from the group. And so to Rory's everlasting shame, she let Micha pass without calling to her. Rory noted that the large cat was still out there. And if they were going to stay here, they'd have to deal with it sooner or later. She rushed to Jasmine and climbed until she was just beside her. "That cat is still out there and it killed Pearl," Rory said, her voice hollow. "We might not have enough time to rig this place properly." Her gaze turned to what laid ahead for Micha and a part of her hoped that they never crossed paths again, because Rory knew that her goal had shifted. Keeping Jasmine, Tank, and Rowan alive, bringing them home; that was her mission. Jasmine Coverfield, District 11 Female
The early morning was quiet, and Jasmine glanced down the mountainside several times at the group at the base. Then there was a crash, and she immediately drew the arrow she had nocked to her cheek, eyes focusing on Micha and trailing her as she ran noisily past. She kept the bow trained on the District 9 girl until she'd passed away... if Jasmine were lucky, she'd blunder into the group of five at the bottom and either draw them away or get herself and one or more of them killed.
She lowered the bow as Rory joined her on the outcrop. Jasmine nodded to her assessment of the big cat. She'd figured that was still out there and had nailed one of the wayward members of their alliance the night before. Jasmine'd not felt bad for the death or the potential death second death. She was committed to four people right now, outside of herself, and three of them were on this mountain.
She took a moment to point out the ant-like tributes at the bottom. "We may not hava tonna time anyhoos. They gathered up stuff from th'wasteland an' seem intent on comin' up here..." she said. "If ah had tuh guess, it ain't Lallek an' Jace with three new friends down there, but rather th' remainin' boys'n'someone else. Whatever we do, we gotta do it quick."

Rory and Jasmine watch as Micha runs down the mountain path, unknowingly headed straight for the five tribute alliance. Micha has a good stride and seems to be moving well, desprite her shoulder injury. Checking back the way Micha had come reveals a black shadow that moves behind a tree and vanishes. Perhaps the two tributes watch for signs of danger from those trees, yet none appear. Sounds of loose stones skipping underfoot mingle with bird song as Micha hurtles down the mountain. Tank and Rowan within the cave do not see Micha or the alliance. To even see Jasmine and Rory, they would have to rise and move to the mouth of the cave. The cave is pleasantly situated for the Rebel alliance. The mouth of the cave is six feet high by four feet wide. Tank is likely most comfortable lounging in this area. Past the mouth, the cave widens to be eight feet wide and twelve feet deep. The height however curves from five feet high in the first five feet from the mouth to only four feet high in the last four feet. Below at the base of the mountain, Joel and Linwood are drinking heartily from thier canteens. Elena and Cain stand five feet away from them while Sorrel distributes a package of cookies among the five. She seems to move between the four freely, while Elena and Cain watch Joel and Linwood with open suspicion. Linwood eats with his sword still in hand, a marked sign that trust was not the basis of this alliance. It is during this lunch hour that Micha breaks through the tree line, coming to a startled stop a foot from Joel's back. "Tribute!" Linwood shouts, charging Micha with sword in hand. Elena and Cain draw steel and nock an arrow respectively, preparing to attack. Joel remains sitting on his rock to finish his cookie. His sword remains poised over one knee, his off hand holding it in place. Micha ducks around Linwood and finds herself confronting Elena's knife. Micha zigs left when she should have gone right, catching a blade across the cheek. The wound is shallow, but bleeds profousely. There's something burning in Micha now, a strong desire to live. Micha turns and races back up the mountainside. The small figures loom larger as Elena, Cain, Sorrel, Linwood and Joel chase Micha up the mountainside. Elena reaches out and snatches Micha by the hair, throwing the girl down onto the rocky path a mere forty feet from where Jasmine and Rory watch, a mere thirty feet from where Tank guards Rowan within the cave. Micha bursts forward, swinging a punch from the ground up into Elena's belly, causing the disturbed tribute to let Micha sumersault past her. Micha is rolling back down the mountainside now, rolling to her feet about forty feet from the Rebel Alliance. Micha has drawn a throwing knife now and hurls it towards the archer, Cain. The knife flies true, striking Cain solidly in the shoulder. The fact seems to startle the others who don't react quickly enough to prevent Micha from racing back down the mountain and off into the woods. "What the ****!" Cain shouts, inspecting his shoulder. "Isn't that the district 9 mouse?" "Don't touch it." Sorrel admonishes, arriving at Cain's side to tend to the knife wound. "Wheres the rest of the alliance?" Joel puts forth, regaining his feet. He looks towards the mountain, checking for you. He's pale skinned, but looks stronger than he did immediately after Jasmine's attack. Someone's giving him medical aid. Perhaps he's still not one hundred percent as he doesn't see Jasmine and Rory. "Not here." Elena barks. "Come on! We kill the b*****! You two catch up!""They are too here." Joel argues. "We followed them. Lets go in that damned cave-" He jabs with a finger towards Rowan's hiding spot. "Wait!" Sorrel shouts. Her eyes are looking past Elena- right towards Jasmine and Rory. Sorrel sees the two girls and she frowns, narrowing her eyes at Jasmine. She takes a step closer for a better view and looks dismayed to recognize her district mate. "What?" Elena asks, impatient as she stares after Micha. Elena rolled 5 dice to "Stabbing Micha" 3,2,6,1,8 (1 successes) Micha rolled 5 dice to "Brawling (Elena)" 10,5,4,8,1,3 (2 successes) Micha rolled 6 dice to "Throwing knives at Cain" 5,5,9,4,9,10,8 (4 successes)

Jasmine Coverfield, District 11 Female[/u] Jasmine's breath caught in her throat, watching the ensuing violence and it's progression up the mountain toward their hiding spot... their safe haven. Stupid Micha...She then she watched the brief debate, and the scanning of their hiding place. Even locked eyes with her district mate, a silent hope that the cried "Wait" was an effort to help Jasmine. Regardless... violence seemed imminent, and the black spots on Jasmine's soul were beginning to add up. There were four tributes down there that she had no qualms of shooting, and she'd have to deal with what that meant morally later, and a pair of alliance mates to protect in the cave Joel wanted to search. Patience was a good thing, and Jasmine was patient for the moment. "Stay quiet, stay low. If'n they go fer the cave we strike... if'n they split up, we strike... for now, we wait..." she whispered to Rory, never taking her eyes off Joel. He was pushing for going up the mountain, if she were lucky... they'd split and the Rebel Alliance would get round two with the remaining boys on their terms instead of the boys'. Aim action at Joel, remainin' low and quiet for the timebeing. Stealth roll to remain hidden: 9,5,3,4,8,3 (2 successes)

Rory Noland: District Seven Female TributeRory swore when Jasmine spoke. Joel and his alliance must have a bracelet or a map. Something. Which meant they could and would pursue. Well she did tell Joel she'd kill him the next time she saw him. And Rory always tried to keep her promises. Seeing Team Let's-Go-Kill-Rory's-people come up the mountain, she knew they should of killed Micha. Rory should have killed Micha. After all, she had told herself she wouldn't let Jasmine kill in cold blood if she wasn't willing to do the same. "If they spot us, take the shot." Rory whispered. "I'll try not to hurt Sorrel, maybe we can take her with us." She nodded to Jasmine and dropped low. She didn't make a move for her axe. Rory was quick enough she could jump down there and draw her axe with enough time to attack. For now she prayed that if they were going to attack, Rory and Jasmine could hold them off long enough for Tank to get his gear on and back them up. HG 25 - Rory Noland rolled 6 dice to "stay the hell quiet/hidden"
